I just loved this old timer pub. Drinks are cheaper than any pub I went to. Staff are friendly and toilets are relatively cleaner than other Wetherspoons (🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️). Can't complain much. There were some blokes going real rowdy with slot machines and glasses breaking (two times back to back) but as a guest there, I kinda enjoyed it.

Visited this spot for breakfast before shopping in Templars Shopping Park over the road. Couldn't get a signal to order on the app & the lady we ordered from at the bar wasn't particularly helpful. Food was quick to arrive & okay considering how much it cost. Other staff we encountered were fine, but we probably won't rush back.

A good Wetherspoons. We visited on a Sunday afternoon about 4.30pm. It was fairly quiet. We ordered via their app and drinks were brought to the table almost immediately. Our food was only 10 minutes later. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, particularly the burgers and lemon and herb half roast chicken.

Wetherspoons is always worth a visit and we arranged to meet some friends here on the way back home. There was a drunk man shouting outside so I wasn't sure what to expect but towards the back it was quieter with tables and a couple of families eating there. We ordered a couple of curries and fish and chips, four of us and drinks. It came to just under £30, The curries came without the naans but this was rectified quickly. We had a great conversation and although it was busy at the front with the sports on it was quieter at the back. This is somewhere I would visit again if I was in the area. Great food and service and we were able to hear each other. I love Wetherspoons, and we go regularly for breakfast in Kendal.

I can't praise Wetherspoon for this Pub, and I like what the Wetherspoon stand for. The standards of cleanliness are pretty low, the tables and menus are all sticky, you can also find various ketchups sandwiched in the menu. I have never been in a Wetherspoon this poorly managed. Only saving grace is the fast service, for which the staff need to be commended. Staff is good and hardworking but I guess some care towards cleanliness will make this chain better.

Got HIV from the pint of Stella that I got but it was a proper good Stella. Had to fight some drunk lass cause she was looking at me funny. Overall would recommend to any good geezer. 👍

Quite a busy pub, lots of seating. In the middle of the cowley centre, it is beneficial to go for a drink or food after/ before shopping. Prices are very reasonable considering a drink is included in most meals. Waiting time for food is good. It comes to the table quite quickly even when the pub is busy. Staff are hardworking and friendly. Only downside is plates and glasses are not cleared away as a lot of tables had not been cleared or cleaned.
