Really not surprised by the high rating for this branch of Costa.
Its a newer store so benefits from the latest design and layout.
It has massive parking space due to being on a gargantuous retial parl. This also means you can get all your shop done in one visit and have a deserved coffe break. Theres a Sainsburys across the road too.
The staff are super and I forget her name but the manageress is exceptional. Every visit she goes out of her way to make all the customers really comfortable.
The prices are the prices and Costa can be beat. But the choice is big and the quality is very good.

Dead atmosphere, dead in the head staff, poorly understaffed and grossly overpriced. Tables cleaned sporadically and, more often than not, usually by customers. Locality determined my visit but it's definitely not ever going to be a first choice.

nice location, drinks are well made. Service is great. Place is kept clean as well which is a big plus considering how other Costas can be filthy so this is a credit to the staff.
