Nice store. Good range of women's clothing and children's too. Toilets are clean and pleasant to use. Coffee shop small but nice. Excellent cheese and ham toasties and the St Clements muffin was lovely.

Got to say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received in Debenhams. Lovely staff, helpful and courteous. Even during their peak they treated my family and I well. Definitely recommend for that ( bit pricey - so loses a star for that).

The staff offer exceptional customer service! A kind lady by the name of Paula offered her assistance and recommendations to me. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. To her, I was a person, not customer #85. She really cared about giving me a lovely experience and catering to my needs. I walked away with many deals after what was a relaxed, friendly shopping experience. Thank you so much for your kindness Paula!
