Love it here. We placed an order for a cookie in the morning for my partners sister’s birthday. They gave us a rough time for when it will be ready but we were out during the day what they said was absolutely fine. When we collected we were greeted with big smiles. When we had the cookie it was so fresh and just what we asked for. Wish I took a photo. Thanks guys will definitely be back.

Great experience. I was feeing particularly down and one of the staff members gave me the laugh that I needed! He also gave me excellent advice on how to get to another section of Nottingham. I think his name was Finn - he had brown floppy hair. Excellent customer service from the young man and I hope his manager sees this!
