I shared this experience with Greggs directly, and they made it right. It's not the things that go wrong that cause problems, but how they are handled. So this goes from a 1 star to a 5 star. Thanks for taking this seriously Greggs. -------------- The second most disappointing bacon roll I have ever had the displeasure to eat, at least this one was had bacon that was actually cooked. I ordered a bacon roll with extra bacon. The roll was cold, like it had been stored in a fridge. So smothered in butter as that was all I could taste. And there were only two small chewy bits of bacon. Terrible form Greggs, such poor quality.
