I stayed here with my father for a Navy reunion event. Had a wonderful time and our servers and bar staff for the event were absolutely wonderful. Food was so nice, and service 2nd to none. Thank you.

Great stay to this holiday inn! Nice little pool for the kids, gift packs for them, very tasty breakfast and super friendly and informative team. Cindy in particular very helpful, thank you for a great stay!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Some issues but dealt with quickly. Friendly staff. Good location for visiting around Norfolk. Dog friendly.

Hotel staff all very friendly, helpful and welcoming especially to my young sons. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and good swimming pool.

We've now stayed at Holiday Inn Norwich International Airport four times, that included Xmas 2022 and 2023.
The staff there are excellent, always so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Like milk for my tea. I bring my own tea and teapot. They always supply me with a small jug of fresh milk.
Special thanks to Seb (Sebastian) who on our stay in October and this week was extremely helpful. particularly with the ice that he supplied me with for my Cryo Sleeve for my knee (recent knee replacement). Lauran was very helpful on checking in. Georgina on reception too was very helpful with our requests.
Holiday Inn Norwich International Airport is prefect for our explorations into North Norfolk and seeing our sons family in West Norwich.
Everyone at the hotel is so approachable. It's also nice that we are remembered by the staff, probably because of my wife's Hearing Dog Rico.
We love this hotel and pretty much everything about it.
Breakfasts have improved and are excellent.
