Absolutely brilliant! They fitted us in with a little bit of a wait which we were expecting as a party of 10, easily ordered our food all of which was cooked beautifully and not a long wait at all, I myself had the butterfly chicken with hot sauce, creamy mash and long stem broccoli which was so nice and definitely no left over by the kids and that’s saying something!! staff made our visit all the more by accommodating all silly questions from 7 over excited 12-13 years olds, so nice to see such happy helpful staff

When you arrive at this restaurant almost 90% of the time you are asked for you name and phone number and they will phone you in half an hour when they have a table for you I think maybe they do have availability but don't like to fill up the inside and outside So like usual we go and sit down in the whetherspoons and wait for the table You are made to order everything through your phone unless you have no idea what you're doing they will take your orders at the counter if you wait there long enough The food took ages to arrive almost 45 minutes which was ridiculous as it wasn't too busy when we were seated We did sit outside and it was getting late and darker and colder by the minute I asked the server for mayo and they brought 2 pots over After I used it I asked a lady for some more and she must have forgotten I then had to get up and go inside to queue up and ask for some more The young staff members seem more interested in having a chat than doing a good job It doesn't take two young girls to clear one small table. The food when it did arrive was hot and delicious as always

Always a delight to visit Nando’s. The food is amazing and the service is great. Slight smaller than the other outlets that I’ve visited. Was pretty busy as usual but managed to get a seat soon. Would defend recommend.
