Love this gym and the spa! Harry Dore was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was joining. He’s an asset to your team. He made the difference in my decision to tie myself in to a long term contract with the gym. Love his energy! Thanks Harry 😊

Great experience most of the time. The spa is excellent. Ignore negative reviews. If you can't afford it then of course you will be disappointed when you hear the price. If you can't accept that establishments have rules, why bother to complain on a review, just stay at home and be angry there. If you only have £200 extra to spend a month don't sign up but otherwise it's an excellent club. The staff are always courteous. Only complaint would be that the plunge pool has been off temperature for a while but nothing to whine and complain about. I recommend this club

Ali at David Lloyd was so lovely and professional when I visited. He really made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout and he didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him. I honestly cannot sing his praises enough. I will definitely be coming back because of my memorable and pleasant experience with him. Wonderful service from him and the gym. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.
