As this is in the town centre, it is more crowded and busy. Staff doing best. But Mcdonald's, away from the town centre, is a little better and more relaxed than this place. All because this is in the town centre.

Shocked me to hear someone on the tannoy when there was trouble in the restaurant . Letting everyone know the police were on their way . Was a little disturbing small children present too. I understand it's a distraction, but it made the customers feel uneasy.

Staff were cheerful as usual, service not to long to wait, and food! it was Mcdonald's? You know what your getting or your in the wrong place.
