Loved it! They even had a Gluten-free Breakfast. And a vegetarian breakfast. And a regular English breakfast! My London teens said it was The Best Breakfast they'd ever had! Highly recommended.....
Lovely cafe. Food is really beautiful. Slightly expensive but is definitely worth a visit. Vegan breakfast isn’t on the menu but they do make a vegan one when you ask :)
I asked for poached egg it didn’t come out poached but was still nice. Slight burnt toast but I like how down to earth feel this place is.

Manila’s is one of my favourite local cafes. The location on the Neyland Marina is fabulous - a treat in itself but the food is literally “the icing on the cake!”
Their home cooked menu is excellent ranging from traditional breakfast menus and sandwiches through to a range of delicious cooked meals, salads and to cakes. The selection is varied, the only problem is which one to choose.
There really is something for everyone - I’ve visited with my children and grandchildren ( aged one and three),my girlfriends, my husband and my mother who suffers with dementia. The staff are always kind and helpful to mum and make a point of chatting to her. Mum always loves the decor with floral decorated pillars, fairy lights, the staff’s homemade pinnies, and the selection of pretty mismatched China.
Sometimes my husband and I will walk along the marina with our dog and sit outside enjoying coffee and cake.
Recently we’ve discovered their themed evenings - as expected the food was superb and the atmosphere was great. I can’t wait for the next one!
