Brought a group of people down here for the day. Great food, staff always willing to help. Great price on all the products. You can get anything from toothbrushes to cement mixers . Good garden centre filled with everything you need for the garden.
I went 5 or 6 years back and was a little disappointed, I know things need updating but sadly it's becoming the same any other store and garden centres and similarly priced, although some things were good prices and I managed to get some Christmas crackers and a few other bits. The restaurant was quite odd, it looked like and out dated school dinner hall, and so did the food, it was a little colder than I like my food but it tasted lovely, the teas and coffees were good and we joked about a "jam rolypoly with custard" and one of the assistants said she'd go ask, a very hot jam sponge pudding with very hot custard arrived at the table, that made my husband a very happy man.
I hadn't been inside trago for years I just popped over to see David Rowlands funfair in the carpark
Afterwards I did pop into trago it's not as remembered so vast so much stuff to look round
I would say it's not as cheap as it was I did find it quite inside but to be fair it was midweek maybe it's different on the weekend
The play area hadn't changed much but did look tired and the coach park was empty
Overall it was fun to look around pick up some bits and the staff were very pleasant not sure how they remember where everything is to be fair
Lovely to the funfair back at trago
