We cycled up from Dundalk to Poyntspass and a lovely warm reception from Helena and staff in Petty Sessions. Always a pleasure to visit this café and most welcome after the 40k from Dundalk. Helena's stew sets you up nicely for the trip back down the Towpath to Newry and points further south. It should be on every cylists agenda to visit if cycling around this beautiful part of Armagh.
