After the worst day, took my kids to Greggs and when I tried to pay with my phone it declined had no money kids were hungry, and the lady on the till said don't worry and helped me. Tia (if I remember correctly) thank you, you made my day!

Always got plenty food available, staff are nice and queues go down at a reasonable speed whenever it is busy.

This is a smaller shop, perfect for a pop in and take away. Staff are nice and it's not that busy unless it's lunchtime for the student population of Newcastle. Still, you'll only be 5 minutes in there.

Visit the greggs at Haymarket almost every morning on weekdays for a very long time and the customer service at this store is top quality every day of the week, the staff are amazing and extremely friendly whilst keeping alot of attentiveness and focus in customers orders, every time i enter this specific store ican think of no fault iv ever had in the almost 5 years it has been a part of my journey to work, many thanks for the great coffees and even greater customer service, the store is amazingly run and such a friendly environment

Youngish guy that served me at around 9:30pm was serving a gentleman in front of me who appeared to be unable to talk very clearly and was talking very slow (I’m not going to make suggestions as to why as it’s beside the point). Despite it being half an hour from closing time and the man clearly trying to get everything packed up he took his time with the gentleman being very polite and listening to everything he said, the man made multiple different orders, payments being made after each, and the guy working didn’t once get frustrated or irritated and instead waited with patience and a smile. Absolutely fantastic to see I’m very impressed.

Good fast food, cooked well and delicious as always. Never short on the products on the menu as they are usually always cooking more. Good customer service makes Greggs a more enjoyable visit.

Brilliant fast service. Great range and choice. There are always meal deals. So great value for your money. Absolutely love the Lattes from here. Fast service and great staff.
