Had friends round last night and ordered our meal from Fawdon Tandoori as we have many times over the years. It didn't arrive at requested time, so I rang.
The lad checked and found he himself had made a mistake, he instantly admitted it, apologised and gave me a new time. He brought it himself apologising again.
To me, that was excellent customer service, amazing what an apology can do.
And the food? Worth waiting for! It was all delicious as always.
Tried a new dish to us, King Prawn Rogani, loved it.
But for all the years we've used Fawdon Tandoori, their Tandoori Mixed Grill, known by our friends as 'the Bag of Meat; has been a favourite on these nights, they tell us its never the same ordered elsewhere.
