Well, the food at this establishment is rather lovely. But it really is “Denise” their call handler that is the true diamond. She single handedly saved the day with her decent character and kind hearted manner. What a superb ambassador for Imperial Dragon. We only reordered for a second time tonight due to her incredibly decent manner under pressure.
Fair play. The just eats driver delivered to the wrong address. It is the people that accepted food they didn’t pay for that are at fault. Despicable! Shame be upon you. Surely one knows if they paid for and ordered 73 pounds worth of food! But, Imperial Dragon wanted to rectify the mistake. Quickly. Denise being on the front lines of it all was fabulous. And even the just Eats Co. Paid our money back within moments. One literally couldn’t ask for better from either organisations really. The driver simply made and error. It does happen and sometimes it can not be helped.
It truly is the people that accepted the food that are appalling.
Well done Denise! Your boss should give you a raise. We reordered simply because of your manner!!!
Update: Without being asked, Imperial Dragon were fabulous. The food was outstanding and the effort they made to rectify the error made tonight was exceptional.
