Delicious food and amazing service!
The service we received was some of the best I have received in a long while. Especially from one man who I presume was a manager. He was very personable, charming and funny. He made us feel very welcome and made sure we were well looked after by the waiting staff.
The food was great value for money, I struggled to finish my main course and that was without having a starter. I had a mixed kebab, which was cooked to perfection. The accompaniments on the plate were delicious too.
Service was swift and the wait staff were all very friendly. The decor was bright and modern, and everywhere looked very clean.
My only criticism was having to pay £3 for a can of Coke. I do expect to pay more for drinks when dining out, but was puzzled as to why a large venue like this did not have a post-mix system or the glass bottles of Coke.
Nonetheless, I will definitely be returning in the near future
I had a lovely experience at Enfes Turkish restaurant! The ambiance is truly beautiful, creating a delightful atmosphere.
The only minor downside was that it was a bit jam-packed, which can make it feel a tad crowded. However, the mixed grill I ordered was absolutely delicious, While the other options were mediocre compared to other Turkish restaurants, they didn't quite match up to the mix grill. Their starters, especially the bread, were a standout for me.
One area that could use improvement is their customer service – a more friendly attitude from the staff could elevate the overall experience. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Enfes and will definitely be back for that amazing mixed grill and inviting ambiance.
Food was flipping delicious and really good size portions. If you want food that is full of flavour and filling then get yourself here. The staff were also really friendly and helpful and if you don’t finish your food they give you a little goody box to take it home in to enjoy later.
