Top, top quality customer service. The staff were helpful, friendly, obviously very passionate about the Levi brand and did the alteration to my Levi belt straight away, plus it was free of charge. I have to say I was super impressed and I won’t be buying my jeans anywhere else, that’s for sure. It’s very rare nowadays to be genuinely delighted by a retail experience but I was today… Well played!

Excellent customer service - Bought a pair of 514 jeans had them altered by Jayden whilst we had a cup of coffee in M&S - very professional and impressive service, would highly recommend.
