Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! Matt was super friendly, patient and accommodating. Made my day- what an asset! Banana bread and pumpkin spice latte were delicious. Couldn’t fault it!
Jo and Lucy were so incredibly helpful during my recent visit. They spent time explaining why my coffee always tastes so strong, advising me of the different types of coffee. Nothing was too much trouble. Much appreciated!

A newish branch, seemingly smart and inviting viewed from the outside, but the reality is somewhat different - seats covered with crumbs and smeared with grease and Ketchup. Service indifferent. Drinks more expensive than, and inferior to other high street coffee chains.
Ordered a hazelnut latte and it tasted like water instead of a mixture of espresso and milk. Really disappointed. Not enough milk foam and feel very unprofessional.
