This is a lovely branch of Waterstones - very professional. Rang up beforehand to find out if they had my book in stock and they reserved it for me until I came to collect that same day. Staff are polite and professional - although the chap with pink hair who served me at the counter could have been a bit more friendly and awake. Didn’t know there would be a book signing that day although that had little impact on my experience. Overall, very good.

Well set out, with great stock levels including an awsome collection of modern board games. In house cafe is clean with a reasonable selection of snacks. All round great diversified book store

Excellent service today at Waterstones. Rather over run male assistant help me wit children's book choice (King Arthur) suitcase label and King Arthur game. He seemed to be the only staffer to help even though there were 2 female staff on the floor. Well done to him!
