Perfect stop after a tiring hike, and touring inside St. Michaels Mount. I enjoyed their Blueberry Bakewell - it was soft, heavenly and not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. I also bought their hot chocolate and croissant, which was good. The sausage roll was not to my liking; it was a bit salty. Nevertheless, after eating inside the cafe, I bought their chicken and bacon mayo sandwich, which was mouthwatering, and I enjoyed eating it! I can’t stop thinking about the sandwich.
They have lots of pastries, sandwiches and drinks to choose from.
Lovely little cafe, I'm a kittle bit of a picky eater and would of loved if the kids sandwiches had the option of being bought by themselves instead of in a set meal option. Scone was nice.
We had Cornish pasties (steak + cheese &onion flavours) - they cost almost £7 for 1! The good thing is that they are a decent size and piping hot. Also had a chicken wrap as well although the packaging made it look bigger than it was. They didn't have any quiche options when we were there. Also, there wasn't much indoor seating so I don't know where you would go if it was raining, luckily for us it was a dry day! Total wasn't cheap (£40 for 5 ppl) but it was nice to sit on the bench outside and take in the views.
