Really nice atmosphere, very chilled despite it being fairly busy. I had the veggie special and it was yummy. I know it’s the style of pizza, but there’s never enough cheese on them for me, I should have asked for extra. The staff were so nice and friendly too.

The dough of the pizzas was simply outstanding. Its texture was perfect, with a wonderful balance between light and chewy. I was truly impressed! the toppings on the pizzas were a true delight. The freshness of the ingredients shone through in every bite. It was evident that great care had been taken in selecting top-quality produce. From the vibrant tomatoes to the fragrant herbs, each element contributed to a harmonious and flavorful composition. The taste was simply phenomenal, and it reminded me of the authentic flavours I experienced during my travels in Italy.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to Chef Claudio for his culinary expertise.
In addition, I would like to acknowledge Jake, the assistant manager, for his exceptional service throughout the afternoon. Jake's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel right at home. Your restaurant truly stands out in delivering the authentic taste of Italy.
Always the best experience in Franca Manca it is one of my favourite places! Me and my partner happened to be in Didsbury which isn’t our usual local store however we were so delighted with the food and most of all the service! The waiting staff couldn’t have been any more kind and attentive and the pizzas were incredible (I had the number 4) which were served to us quickly and deliciously! Will definitely be returning to this Didsbury restaurant just for the staff!
