An absolute hidden gem off the busy streets of Manchester. Gyoza Wangs provides a relaxing environment to dine in. The menu is small but that isn't a negative by any shout. The food is made fresh to order and is served very quickly. The food itself is delicious, authentic and high quality. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back again.

The gyoza tasted nice and is decently priced. The sauce is perhaps a bit more sour than we are used to but fine when you add chilli oil. The inside looks nice and modern, perhaps a bit cheesy with Japanese shop stickers and other objects everywhere but it's much better than an old dirty looking shop. I probably wouldn't take my Japanese friends but I would introduce foreign friends who haven't tried Gyoza before. Ramen was also quite nice 😊, even if the addition of chicken in it seems a bit strange. I would prefer Orion okinawa beer over the Monsutā one they are selling. Would recommend and I'd like to come back again.
