The arrival time is a little unpredictable since it's not tracked and the prices a touch steep for the portion sizes (especially the cakes) but I ordered from this place when I started university and i'd never really ordered takeout before. My abusive family never let me and i've always had a sweet tooth. The waffles are absolutely delicious. I usually have mine with toffee fudge cubes, caramel sauce, and white chocolate drops. Let me tell you, it will last days because they PILE that bad boi high! And while the cake portions are small as previously mentioned, they are rich and delicious, none of that corner store prebaked cake. I mean genuine bakery, make to order style of cakes. Their victoria sponge cake is particularly really really good. Perfect ration of cream to jam freshness. ALSO THEY INCLUDE FREE SMALL SWEETS WHICH IS AN ADORABLE TOUCH! The cakeshakes are THICCCC in the most amazing way, and while I couldn't order from here as often as I liked sometimes I wrote notes in the height of my depression wishing them a good day and they've written notes back which I still have, and even on occasion included a free slice of cake. Today unfortunately was my last day ordering since I move away from Manchester now that i'm graduating, but i'm moving out to a much better place than my family home. My hubby insisted on ordering the same thing we usually do as a celebration, even down to the bubblegum icecream (this place made me love and crave that flavour). It's become a very sentimental thing for us, and I won't lie I was quite teary eyed after hearing the delivery driver wish me 'good luck' and seeing the little note on the bag from the restaurant. It's a place i'll hold fondly in my memories, and i wish whoever works there, the very best for one last time.
