I recently visited McDonald's for the second time and was pleasantly surprised by the noticeable improvements in their standards. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with clean tables and fully stocked stands of cutlery and napkins.
One standout aspect was the proactive approach to cleanliness—the staff were in the process of cleaning the toilets, and a notice was placed to indicate this and offer alternative facilities, ensuring customer convenience.
Despite being located in the bustling city center of Manchester, the restaurant maintained high standards compared to my last visit in December. The only minor issue was that the order completion stand did not print out a receipt, which could be improved for future visits.Overall, I'm impressed with the positive improvements made by McDonald's. It's evident that they're committed to enhancing the customer experience. I especially appreciated the complimentary newspaper available for reading while enjoying my coffee—a nice touch that added to the overall experience.
Keep up the good work, McDonald's! I look forward to my next visit.
Sitting right now here... Got a black coffee.. resting at the wind weather.. 10 min ago I very kind man came and asked my if all is ok and if I need anything 😊👍.. I guess he is the restaurant manager.. BRAVO! very much appreciated 👍 this is a top location and a top service!
Have to say : COFFEE at McDonald's for 1.39£ tasted much much better than at the "popular" coffee shop's!

Bustling but well organised restaurant, best French Fries I've had from any McDs - crisp and tasty. McChicken Sandwich and nuggets comfy normal enjoyment we expect from all establishments. The only slight disappointment was the M&M McFlurry but that was matter of our own preference. More halloween sprinkles than M&M pieces which we would have preferred.
