Stayed in a hotel nearby so was here a lot getting coffees, breakfast etc. The best Chai Latte I've ever had, highly recommend. Coffee was great, good flavour & robust. The quality of food, snacks & bakery products here is the best I've ever experienced at any Costa, maybe they store their items better than other outlets. I found the sandwiches & toasted products very fresh, Sweet Slices had a great crumb base that didn't come apart & the Lemon Muffins were amazingly fresh with a delicious fruity centre.
The only upsetting experience was the staff with blonde tips who rolled his eyes at me because I wasn't ready when he asked for my order. There was nobody waiting behind me & it was almost empty inside. It's ok for customers to take their time deciding since we're paying! Staff shouldn't be giving a sarcastic attitude because customers don't jump to attention - there's a huge drinks menu, give customers some time to look through it all.
