Even on a Monday evening, there are around twenty people in the bar drinking. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very characterful place with loads of charm on a quiet night. Oh, and loads of craft beers on offer,

I loved this place. People are awesome and have a wide range of beers. If you're in Manchester, visit this once. Ambiance is quite amazing and you will love it

Delicious Sunday roasts. Come as it seems all natural, just roasted veggies and meat, loved it. Good choice of beer. Very glad to find this place on our random walk around deansgate.

Sat across from Deansgate Station it’s ideal for me, as it means I don’t have to travel too far on foot for a cold alcoholic beverage.

The Knott Bar are kings of comfort. Nice wooden tables placed next to a 'people-watching friendly' window, a great selection of well considered drinks and a homely Sunday roast. It's nothing mega fancy but is well executed, and at £7.99 we all agreed it's great value too.

This is a great bar. If you like your craft beer, it's well worth a visit. The range is extensive and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Given the range of beers that's a good thing as you are likely to need some guidance. Thankfully, with a few questions and a couple of tasters you are going to find the beer for you. They have a wood fired pizza oven and serve till late. Well worth a visit unless you're one of the Fosters or Carling crowd. In which case you surely find somewhere more suitable close by.

Excellent and extensive selection of craft beers. A few good ciders on draught too. Pizzas were good but not worth 5* and the atmosphere was good but again not incredible. Still a great venue and I'd definitely recommend a pint or two.

This bar is situated right by Deansgate locks and castlefield bowl so a great location. Has a good selection of beers/ales too. It’s £4.50 for house gin (Gordon’s/Bombay£ or £5 for “fancy gin” (tanquery, sipsmith etc). We had a pint of san minguel, a “fancy” brockmans gin & lemonade which came to £10. They only accept card payments which is great due to the current situations. Lovely chilled vibe and cool surroundings. Only things to note is there is a laminated sheet at the end of the table stating you email your details for the covid register, which isn’t that clear unless you look. & being a bit picky but - Gins would be nicer in gin glasses with the correct botanicals (brockmans should be with blueberries not lemon). Great bar for any fan's of real ale/beers. Bar staff were very friendly definitely one to call into if your in the castlefield area.

Had a few good evenings after work here waiting on the Mrs to finished work. Bar staff very friendly. Prices reasonable for the city. Decided that I would try a meaty ciabatta and was not disappointed. Full of flavour and full of a variety of meat..we will be back.
