We are new to the area and chose this special place in celebration of our daughters A-level results. It did not disappoint. The choice of dishes was plentiful and we liked the standard and special options. The squid in particular was the best we’d had and we are well travelled. The drinks selection also catered for those not drinking and the service was spot on. We will be back and also use the place to bring friends when they are visiting. Well done team Aquila Bacaro!

Would be 10 stars if I could give it. Absolutely everything about our visit tonight was outstanding. Food incredible, service incredible, atmosphere beautiful. Could not recommend highly enough. The best restaurant I've experienced, possibly ever.

I visited Aquila last night with friends for the first time. It has a feel of dining at friends as it has a cosy warm atmosphere. The service was exceptional and every element of the food exquisite! This is the best tapas restaurant I have been too for many a year and it was a pleasure to thank the chef personally at the end of the evening. Thanks
