Fifty Four

Food was absolutely fantastic and good value for money. We ordered Bass (which turned out to be a whole bass), rump steak, chicken salad and the Fifty Four Burger. Catered well for dietary requirements. Dog friendly, which is always a great bonus!! Perhaps a potential improvement point, the menus did not do the food and overall look any justice. As in, we initially did not expect the food to look and taste that amazing from how the menus looked, if that makes sense. So don’t let that put you off, you’ll miss out if you do.

What a Find, a hidden Gem with vibes, good food and service to match! Had a selection of Tapas that were good and sat at the corner end high table overlooking the street and passing traffic. The only thing that drew negative marks was the table and chairs lack of maintenance and the hardness of the seat. A lick of paint and some cushions would be great 👍

Surprisingly dog friendly. The food was lovely. We had kids with us and the menu was a bit hard for them to pick from without costing me a fortune because they can eat us under the table. They would've ordered one of everything. They had burgers though and they were excellent. Except the pulled pork which looked like it was a burger (was under the burgers section) but actually a pulled pork bun with no burger. Lovely atmosphere. Mostly adults but children are welcome. We didn't use the toilet facilities so not sure on what they were like. We will be back!
