I had a date with my wife. The food was astonishing, the presentation and the vibe romantic, modern, elegant and characteristic. The best duck liver pate and organic beef I ever had. I'm half Argentine, and eating food beef in England is hard to achieve, yet here it's something else. Wayne, the chef, a star, and the staff super friendly.

We had a walk-in on a Friday lunchtime so we were lucky to get a table for three. The service was exemplary from the start and we were seated almost immediately. The menu was reflective of great seasonal local produce and cooked to perfection with real flair.

We went on a Saturday and had the taster menu which was excellent and left you full. Thought the pricing without the wine was really good value. Will definitely visit again.
