Went there for a family birthday dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was well priced. The portions didn't seem huge, but we're quite filling. I was amazed at the quality of the food. I think you are able to bring your own alcohol since they don't serve alcohol there (just soft drinks). They serve hot plates and have tiny little dishwarmers to keep the food warm.i would go there again. 5 people dined and the bill came to £70. Cute little fortune cookies are served after the meals.

The best Chinese takeaway I've ever had and was always my regular when I lived in the area. I even visit them for a takeawaywhen I come back to the area. The price can be off putting but it is worth the extra than othe Chinese takeaways in the area. Set Menu B is what I'd recomend and I change the Lamb Dish to Crispy Chilli Beef and its a bit too much Ginger for me. That set menu for 2 is usually enough for 3 people, even people who eat a lot. It's not open to eat inside anymore which is sad but the takeaway is so busy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday that they don't need to open. I recommend going to collect it or ordering on opening or you'll have a long wait and not get through to them on the phone for ages.
Love this restaurant. Staff always friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble and food is served in a timely manner can be delayed if you want to chat between courses. Plenty of space can get busy. Has the best Prawn toasts I have ever had. Parking is in the road and can take a while to get a space. A good selection of drinks even decaf coffee.
Amazing, I've been going there for years now! My family tend to go there anytime we have a birthday or if we're just in the mood. They're food is brilliant and the music and free cake you get when someone is having their birthday is always a sweet little touch. For all the food my family and I eat it's pretty cheap. I tend to eat quite a bit and the price is never bad.
I enjoy the food from here but waiting for them to answer the phone is just nonexistent. Been on hold and it’s the only place in loughton that delivers and takes card over the phone. I’m sure sometimes they forget you’re on hold
Me and my friends usually visit Wo Fat once a month and it has never ever disappointed us. The food is absolutely stunning! The prices are very good too, so is the atmosphere.
What really needs to be mentioned is the service... Staff is super friendly and sooo fast! They really are working so hard. I would like to praise the waiter Jessie - she is one of the reasons why we love Wo Fat. Little lady with a huge personality, she always makes us laugh, makes us feel extra special. I can't say enough how good she is with recommending food and how brilliant she is at her job!

In four years its the best Chinese I've found since moving close by. Inventive dishes, served well and tasty, pleasure to order from and quick.
