Best authentic Szechuan and few other Chinese cuisines - Food is not modified to Western taste; it is the most closely eating Chinese Food in China. Personally, my retrospective memory of going to this place a decade ago, and the menu was only written in Mandarin, and I was the only western eating there surrounded by far eastern patrons. Currently, the Szechuan is up to date with Chinese/English menus and delivery service. This is an excellent opportunity to try authentic Szechuan cuisine out of China. Great Hot-Pot choice or "à-la-carte" off the Szechuan menu. Sadly, not a place to retake my old mum, with a more conventional western taste. Get cash in advance, or you can get it whilst they prepare your food order. For a more traditional Chinese food, there are abundant good choices around Loughborough. Plenty of Chinese/Asian/Fusion restaurants has been established in this town for extensive years, which I also endorse. Covid-secure improvements at the entrance with hand-sanitiser and acrylic dividers between tables currently in place make a meal inside as safe as possible.
