They have nice seating areas and maybe one of the good places in this terminal.

Very nice and convenient outlet with good selections of almost all types of coffees , sandwiches and pastries, excellent service , very fast and professional staff . I highly recommend it .

I had a delightful experience at Pret a Manger in London Heathrow Airport! I was really craving an Iced Latte, but unfortunately, my card wasn't compatible. The fantastic staff member not only handled the situation with grace but also went above and beyond by offering me the Iced Latte for free. Their kindness and exceptional customer service made my day, and I couldn't be more grateful. Kudos to the team for turning a potential hiccup into a memorable and positive moment!
