It was so so good! As we entered, we were unexpectedly greeted by a warm and cheerful wave from all the staff who seemed to be genuinely interested in how we were and things. Customer service was fantastic, ALL their staff were super helpful and the food was great! They've definitely got themselves a regular customer.

A few friends recommended this place if I was in London so I gave it a try last weekend. Arguably the best coffee I've ever had...and the portions! Not your typical pretentious London coffee shop. The deli of the day was a pastrami baguette with salad, gherkins and mustard which again was delicious and a generous size. Would highly recommend if you're in and around Essex Road

Good quality ingredients but the hollandaise was very bland which made our eggs Florentine and Benedict quite bland. But it was otherwise well made and the tea was excellent.
