5 Stars for this bakery. We ordered a cake a week in advance for my mums birthday and the process went smoothly. The cake was stunning and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the taste and the look of the cake. It was such a hit that the next week my Aunty asked if we could order other one for my grandmas birthday. It was very short notice, on the day I believe however they had a cake for us to purchase! Very impressed. The staff are so welcoming in and one even helped me to the car with the cake. Will always recommend good service, good cake and good prices in my opinion!

I’m SO happy with this bakery! I contacted several places for this style of cake and my boyfriend just walked in here, asked and that was it! The cake is exactly what I wanted and it was delicious. Reasonably priced and ready ahead of time. Highly recommend.

I needed a last minute 60th birthday cake made for my wonderful mum, the staff in Florentine were so friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The baker was so lovely and created the perfect cake, not only beautiful to look at but it tasted delicious as well! My mum was very very pleased and my family will be using Florentine for further special occasions and recommending to family and friends :) thank you for making her day even more special!

I have bought three slices of cake for a celebration and I also had a coffee on the fly and I loved it. They have a very attractive display and the cakes are as delicious as the coffee. I didn't dine in but the atmosphere was very familiar and comfy. One of the attendants helped me with the buggy as they have two big steps at the entrance, I really appreciate that.
