The pearls were cooked to perfection, with a slightly chewy texture that complemented the tea perfectly. I also tried the Caramel Pearl Milk Tea, which was a delightful twist on the classic milk tea. The customer service at this store is amazing! Staff are so friendly. I was ordering drinks and my Apple Pay was declined. The queue behind me was quite long and I had left my wallet at work as I had just popped out during lunch. Being quite embarrassed, I didn't know what to do. The guy behind the offered me the drink on the house even though I offered to return with my credit card. Must say, what turned out to be a bad start was made amazing by the staff here at this store! The drinks are also amazing. I'm slowly going thru the menu but all are highly recommended especially the fruit teas. Made my day! xxx
