It can a super busy shop over the weekend especially if the weather is nice and people visiting the heath. The staff is working incredible hard to run the place I must say they work for every penny they earn well enough. Crowd, queue, no seats at peak times but you will be still served quickly. I was disappointed because I wanted to have a nice experience to sit in & enjoy the bakery products. With no seat available and packed tables it wasn't possible. Once we got our order a table came up but it was dirty. Even the lady working hard to tidy up after customers. The gingerbread heart is recommended. Coffee/ decaf with oat milk was nice too.

Staffs are so nice and kind! Have ice coffee and air conditioner. All the space are very spacious and not too loud :)
