It was very clean, one of the quickest takeaways in McDonald’s compare to the self checkout machines. You order at the counters, and the staff somehow remembers you and call you for your order. We went there around 10pm, the service were quick, food was good.
I visited this McDonald’s at a lunchtime on a Wednesday afternoon, I was waiting for my train so had half an hour to spare.
It’s your usual McDonald’s menu and service was quick and food quality was good, I had a Quarter Pounder meal deal and the fries could have been a little more crispy but they were acceptable.
There’s plenty of choice at Waterloo station for food such as upper crust etc so I guess that’s why this McDonald’s wasn’t very busy but it’s a good place to grab a quick bite while waiting for your train.

I sometimes stop by on my way to work to get breakfast and coffee and I'm always happy with the quality of service here at Waterloo. Very fast service. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The atmosphere is not that amazing but you are not really supposed to sit and dine, it's more on the go.
This branch is a little old school, having to queue up to the counters, it caught me off guard at first as I was looking for the screens to order. The staff were pleasant and the orders were completed relatively quickly, arguably quicker than most. The only downside is that it can get a bit hot waiting for food at the counter due to the proximity to the kitchen. Otherwise, the food is good, it's McDonald's so it's as expected.
A fairly small (but adequate) McDonalds serving the usual. There is no child play area due to lack of space. Situated just outside Northwick Retail park, it can get busy. Free parking on site and table facilities available.
