Very good burger! I read the reviews before going and was hesitating if I should have my lunch here, as it seemed a place just for tourists. Also many reviews mentioned that a well done burger was very dry and tasteless. As you can see from the photo, mine was perfect, juicy, well done but not dry.
I didn’t like the host welcome at the reception. I was given a tiny table for 2, although I visited when the restaurant wasn’t busy and would prefer a sofa sitting. When I asked to change the table, however, she said I can sit wherever I feel comfortable.
I cannot put all 5 stars because there was no atmosphere, just sitting inside the mall, overlooking clothes and shoppers passing by.
But the burger was delicious, if you like cheeseburger, order American Burger.
A superb "Forest burger" prepared by chef Valentina and served by impeccable and accommodating staff. "Hell's kitchen burger" and "American burger" equally good. "Truffle Mac and Cheese Croquettes" superb and unique. Excellent hot wings, and onion rings. Atmosphere average, it is a restaurant in a mall 😁 Prices are what you expect to pay when you want a burger under the patronage of a Michelin Starred Chef, served in the most prestigious and expensive shopping mall in the UK.😜, after all It's not all about the food, it's about the experience. We were lucky to visit on a quiet time of the day.
Loved this place! Popped in during shopping at Harrods, and had a great late lunch. My husband had the chicken burger, I had the chicken salad and we shared the truffle Parmesan fries. We also had a cheeky glass of house Chablis which was surprisingly good for house wine. My husband thinks the burger was one of the best he’s ever eaten, and my salad was yum…the staff were attentive and helpful… loved it!
I got the blue cheese burger. it was very flavourful, i’m not a fan of caramelised onions but aside from that it was a good burger. I would say the truffle parmesan fries are better than the burger itself. the portions are huge.
Had the most wonderful dinner with friends at Gordon Ramsay. The food was excellent, I highly recommend the Yardbird burger. All of the fries were great especially the truffle ones. The sauce was absolutely delicious.
Shakes were also fabulous. The crème brûlée was probably the best followed by the sticky toffee. Biscoff one was sadly a little on the sweet side.
Service was impeccable and we really had such lovely servers the whole evening. Super thoughtful of them to bring out a card and ice cream for my friends birthday. Would definitely go back again soon.
