Great atmosphere, decent music. Strips and fries were amazing and the sauces were to die for. The wings tho are not good. Hardly any meat on them so quite disappointed. Everything else tho was spot on.

Food was great! It was a bit noisy, but the service and food definitely made up for it. Most of the servers were new, but they were so kind and considerate! I’ll definitely visit again when i travel here again.

Simple to order food, just order and take a seat with your order number. Very clean and staff ate prompt on clearing tables and seating areas. Took 20mins for food to come to my table. The young lady (waitress) that brought my food had no customer service skills, just put my tray down and walked away. Didn't take the table number, didn't wait even 1 second for me to ask her where my drink was and just walked off. So I got up to go to the counter and another staff quickly asked if everything was okay. On informing her of her colleagues behaviour, she was very helpful and polite and asked me to kindly sit down and she'd sort it out. At the same time a concerned kitchen staff stepped out from behind the counter and heard the conversation. The drink I wanted wasn't available and she asked if I would like another. Again this was dealt with very quickly and she apologised for the inconvenience and let me enjoy my food. Overall a fabulous place, fantastic food and 1 star less only as due to the lack of customer service. On my way out I saw the young lady who assist me at the tills serving and I thanked her and asked her name; "Sarah, and please do visit again" very polite with great customer service skills, with a smile.
