Loved this place! I was super impressed with the innovative, delicious Indian cuisine and we were well taken care of by the lovely Elena. I will be back very soon!
The restaurant is located within the Chilworth London Paddington Hotel. The ambience is alright, not spectacular, it is what you expect from a 4* hotel's restaurant
The waiter was clearly new as he was unsure of many items in the menu. This wasn't a problem as they were still accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is also clearly new.
The food was brilliant and that is was truly matters. Very reasonably priced to. Allowing one to enjoy a nice meal in London at an affordable price. HALAL AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
We had the Crispy Gold Cod which was a nice starter. The batter was soft, crunchy with a mild spicy flavour. The cod itself was soft and it was accompanied by a very nice mayo type sauce.
The lamb chops were gorgeous. Very tasty and cooked well.
The pulled lamb ribs come within a roomali roti and had cheese I think. This wasn't described well in the menu but it was very good. Tasted a bit like a lamb pie.
The kacchi mirchi ghost lamb curry was very good. Nice and spicy. Really enjoyed this.
I would say the naan needed more butter but still an average naan.
Not a lot of drink options for those looking for non-alcoholic beverages. The Coke was a little bad. Could be old stock? I'm not sure.
The fire alarm went off and we were assured everything was fine. We did not need to vacate. It was just a little inconvenient but not the restaurant's fault as it was because of the hotel itself.
Very limited parking available outside for free.
Will visit again.
We went during the Eat Out to Help Out and although they were registered on the Gov.Uk website, they were unaware of this. We were offered a £11.45 discount (drinks) which we settled for, but really it should have been £20.
Best Roomalo Roti! Lovely foood and drink menu ... wonderful ambience
