Amazing ice-cream and great customer service!
There was a line when we came on a Sunday around 6pm, and some people got frustrated and left the queue. But honestlt the wait wasn't that long and there was only one lady serving, what else do they want. She said they had been busy non stop since 12, and most of the flavors were sold out. She said they kept making more but they were selling faster than they were able to produce! I recommend getting early if you can get disappointed by this. I thought it was understandable, and I was able to try the Nutella cheesecake and Lotus flavors and they were amazing!! Portion was really generous as well. I heard the lady telling the customer in front of us they trained in Italy and they go every year to learn from chefs. You can tell is good quality product and they care about what they sell! Will comeback for sure.
Definitely worth a visit, a long family history making ice cream for the last 130 years.
We enjoyed very much the ice creams.
Had the toblerone and the tiramisu : both were good but I must admit the tiramisu was excellent.
Then we had grapefruit and piedmont hazelnut, both flavors were very tasty, a slight preference for the hazelnut (whole frozen hazelnut inside).
The cup are actually eatable, made of cone, first time I had that. Nice touch.
I like the feeling of the shop, home made ice creams, tasty, delicious, nice service and I would love for sure going back.
Excellent Ice Cream but not as good as Bilmonte. The best thing was that they have gluten free cones. I had Pistachio and Chocolate ice cream on a Gluten free cone.
The flavours are freshly prepared and are nice but they just don’t hit the spot like Bilmontes Double Pistachio or Chocolate flavours.
The staff are wonderful and all have a big smile on their faces.
This place relies more on marketing then the actual ice cream, it’s worth a visit but it’s not going to make me want to go back there specifically, I would go if I was near the area.
