A classy and vibrant place, just outside Paddington station (Canal Side Exit) with a variety of grill and traditional English/Italian food and a selection of beverages to choose from. Indoor as well outdoor sitting, lovely music and really amazing food! Staff are very attentive and prompt and the food is yum! Definitely worth the experience- casual meal or special occasion!
Service was good, the food was not in line with the price. There is effort but not top quality and freshness. The atmosphere was good and nice views and location. I would recommend drinks and nibbles but not dinner.
I went for dinner here recently with my family—we got the chicken caesar salad, fish and chips, and a side of green beans. All the food was excellent except some of the chicken on the salad, which was a bit stringy and off-colored. (The other piece was fine). It also took a little while for drinks to get to the table. However, the tartar sauce for the fish and chips was amazing! I also enjoyed the DJ, which added to the atmosphere. I would probably rate this restaurant a 4.5/5 if that was an option.
We had the endless brunch with unlimited Prosecco/Mimosas/Bellinis and it was fantastic. The waiters (Kingsley & Maurizzio) were phenomenal and because it was my birthday, they provided us with free tequila shots! My personal favorites on the Saturday brunch menu were the egg & steaks, chia pudding (dessert), and Thai Beef Salad. Will definitely recommend checking this out and indulging.
Today we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for their Sunday roast, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Despite being late due to a missed train, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us an extra 15 minutes on our reservation to ensure we arrived on time.
Our waitress, King, was a true gem - friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the meal. We opted for the Picanha roast, and it was simply outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection and had a wonderful taste, while the York pudding was deliciously crispy, and the gravy sauce complemented everything perfectly.
The restaurant itself was spacious and quiet, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Although we had only 1.30h to finish our meal, we never felt rushed or hurried. The quality-price ratio was also impressive, making it an excellent value for money.
Unfortunately, we were too full to try any desserts, but I'll make sure to book a later time next time to enjoy them. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for their Sunday roast, and I look forward to returning soon!
