Tim and his team were very professional - we hired TGHS to provide and prepare BBQ food for a family party and it was a hit with our guests. Quantities were generous, food was tasty and everyone was satisfied with their meal. We went for the small BBQ and would love to try the full hog roast next time. Tim is clearly experienced at catering for large numbers and made sure our guests had everything they wanted. Would recommend for anyone looking for a causal, tasty, and well-priced caterer.

Tim and the Gipsy Hill Smokehouse catered for my wife's 40th birthday party. Tim cooked a whole lamb + sides for around 50 people. The food was absolutely delicious and Tim's service attentive and friendly. We got a lot of positive feedback from the guests too. What can I say about the fabulous team of Tim, Katy and Leo?
From initial contact, Tim guided us through the process required for our garden party of 60. He helped us through the menu, with avery helpful spreadsheet which could easily be tweaked as the weeks went by and numbers increased. He took seriously our concerns about guests with allergies and provided solutions.
The food was delicious and commented on by all of our guests, nothing was too much trouble for Tim, and everything went off without a hitch. Tim and Katy's catering helped to make our party a success.
