Loved the Lamb, kidney beans and herbs stew(Qorme sabzi) and believe me when I say it cause I have a pretty high standard being a Persian who's had homemade Persian food his whole life. It had lots of meat with a perfect balance of herbs and beans and rice. Would definitely come back and recommend it to my homesick Persian fellas and those who want to try Persian food

Great for coffee, snacks or lunch. There is some seating ( bar stools). Clean, friendly and efficient service. We had the aubergine split yellow pea stew with saffron rice and Turmeric chicken with berberries and saffron rice. Both excellent. Would recommend a bit more curry and bit less rice ratio, as the rice can feel dry. Sumac is a spice worth trying sprinkled over the food. Portions very generous. The also do wraps, salads, soups, sandwiches etc. We had some typical Persian sweets including bakalava

One more of the new eateries in Eastcheap with an interesting menu. Only tried this once as only recently opened but will review again when it has been open a little longer Staff were helpful and friendly and very keen to explain the Manu if asked If only for the change this is worth dropping into if you get a chance It was noticeable how careful everyone was to keep the place clean!!
