Im not a local and popped into Wenzel’s for a snack whilst at work, the atmosphere was warm and friendly and the staff member was helpful. The food was very good quality too, better than Gregg’s for example!

Excellent demi baguettes. The bakers in this specific Wenzel's must be doing something extra special because this was the first ever Wenzel's I have ever been to 6 years ago and their baguettes tasted really excellent and I thought they were a boutique bakers. Only to find out they were a chain and other locations does not taste as good. Since then, they've kept up their standard. Note: other Wenzel's are good but not as outstanding as this specific Wenzel's.

Hats off to the staff at North Harrow Wenzel's for taking my coffee order over the phone while I am waiting in a long que for fuel! My flat white is perfect and croissant is freshly baked. Thank you!

I can only recommend this place, enjoyed great customer service from a friendly lady who explained all the meal deal options in a helpful way, the open veggie baguette tasted amazing, perfectly prepared tea and a big Belgian bun for less than a fiver!! "get in ma belly", a human touch in a very plastic world and who doesn't love big buns!!

Visited early one morning while in the UK on holiday from Australia. Good bacon sandwiches and cheese and ham croissant (not all for me!), although the lady behind the counter was a little less than enthused (a late night before I understand) the food was great and bread looked good.
