I had a bad experience with them when I first time come over because one of the staff was new and messed up with my order. The manager asked me to come over again and did a proper hot chocolate for me! It’s absolutely delicious as I expected. I recommend to try their bakery and chocolate collections too!
What a lovely chocolate shop. I went in to find an Easter Egg for my mother, she is an avid dark chocolate lover. Sadly there were no made up dark chocolate eggs left. Luckily there was one at the back that had not been made up. I had so much fun picking which chocolates to put in it and what colour wrapping paper from such a lovely selection!
The next day when I went to pick it up it wasn’t quite ready, I was given a complementary hot chocolate (which was delicious) and a selection of orangettes.

Went in today and had a delicious iced coffee. I was impressed that the ice cubes were made of coffee, meaning the drink doesn't become watery as they melt. I was pleased that I could get soya milk but I would also like the option of syrups in the coffee, hence 4 stars, not 5. I would also like to taste the yummy looking chocolates and cakes, but there weren't any dairy or gluten free options.
This place is awesome! The chocolates are beautiful and they have a great selection of boxes and different packaging options for gifts. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful. And most importantly, the chocolate is exceptionally delicious!
Best Mocha I ever had, made with French chocolate. Also an amazing caramel chocolate and marshmallow cake. Great service. Have great selection of boxes for gifts that could be filled with the french chocolate.
