I came here for breakfast as my usual cafe round the corner had shut down sadly, so this is one of the few traditional English cafes in this area. The breakfast menu was excellent standard choice, London cafe prices and very much a local's cafe. I judge these places on how good they can make an espresso, and this was excellent as was the bacon. No reason to pass this by and you have the beautiful Burgess Park just round the corner to walk your meal off later. Cheap eats, English cafe!
Small gem of a cafe, fantastic huuuuuge breakfasts at reasonable price, lovely friendly staff too, what's not to like. Just revisited and they've upgraded to a lovely herby premium Cumberland sausage, yum yum and added a new fancy egg menu, eggs benndict, florentine, royale, will be having these on my next visit. Great place.
