Yesterday I went to visit a great community/council based project in Brixton- Pop Brixton. The project offers space for the community to do events, local traders selling amazing food and products, a community fridge space to share surplus food for those more in need, a community garden and lots more. It really reminded me of why I got into public service and what can be achieved. Completely inspiring, absolutely loved it
great place with awesome vibe, so much to choose from and easy to flit from place to place, so diverse!
Amazing food, really friendly people working there and a great atmosphere. Lovely for kids during the day and getting them to try different foods under one roof. Top place for reasonable nights out too. Best of all - it's local and now has a roof for winter!
