Love it! It's one of those few places where you feel very comfortable just popping in for a glass of Champagne or cocktail on your own, and there's a great little bar menu if you fancy something snacky. While this may put some people off, I love the fact that it's located right over the shopping floor, and you can have a great time people watching. You never feel hurried here, even in the busiest of shopping days!
Seriously shopping calls for serious rehydration, and HIX Champagne bar is perfectly located right inside Selfridges on a Mezzanine floor. I was there on a Saturday and although the store was packed, didn't have a problem getting a table. The Pornstar Martini was really tasty and the view over the the shopping floor is perfect for people watching. Will definitely be back to sample the food.
