When to Rise 46 on Saturday, first thought the place was quiet small but after a little while i wasn't expecting to find a dancing floor with DJ downstairs, really nice crowd, When to the bar to order a cocktail and it was amazing how the Bartender make me a fantastic drink asking me just 3 things. Spirit, fruit, sweet or sour. I love the vermouth and 1920 section, every single detail in the cocktail was important for those guys. i love cocktails but its hard to find a balance between, quality, price and knowledge, this place nailed it. definitely coming back.

Great cocktails and really knowledgeable/friendly staff. I also liked the 1920's vibe, the live music was the icing on the cake.
Really classy! Amazing views and great to just look out. Food was good and so was the service, pricey but worth it
